*愛的小手 "little hands of love" is usually used when you're hitting something, such as an insect or another person, originally for parents, when they hit their child because they love them & want to discipline them. But now, for example, if the punishment of a game (drinking or not) is to hit someone, the phrase is used. So, for this song, it's usage is kind of along the lines of "raise the hands that you use to hit someone in the air"
